The Preferences and other Lookup Tables menu options contain options that do not require a Supervisor Login.

 

 

COMMENTS are used to add additional information to ITEMS or CONFIGURATION records.

 

 

View ITEMS File opens a screen showing ITEMS, which can be viewed but not edited or deleted.

 

 

Also, this TABLE can be accessed by using the Catalog button on the MAIN SCREEN.

 

Browse the Types of Components TABLE or ‘Type of Items’ determines how items on you proposal should be grouped.

You may add as many TYPES of item that you wish, however, the following TYPE of items should not be changed or deleted:

ACS Accessories (attached to station equipment)

APHN Analog Station Equipment

CAB System Cabinet/Module

COST Used for Job Costing

DPHN Digital Station Equipment

IPHN IP Station Equipment

OTH Labor, Training, Software

PCB Printed circuit boards (installed into cabinets)

PER Peripheral Equipment (attached at the PBX)
