The OT_Codes are fixed. You may only have one of each code. Only one N code, only one A code, etc. Enter a description for the code. Enter a percentage factor for the over-time code. This factor will add an over-time amount to your proposal if you elect to use over-time charges.

 

The formula for over-time charges is [subtotal before sales tax * (over-time %)]. You may select/edit the appropriate over-time code from the OT Charge Editor screen. Select Over-time Charges. Position the scroll bar on one of the existing records. Select the CHANGE button.
