This license supersedes and replaces any and all previous licenses granted on previous versions of ComSystemsPro™. All previous copies of the ComSystemsPro™ software must be destroyed and cannot be reassigned.

In summary, you may use this software on a single computer or move the program to and use it on another computer, but under no circumstances may you use this software, templates and program on more than one computer at the same time. You are authorized to make archival copies of this software for the sole purpose of protecting your investment from loss. You may not transfer this software, in any form, to an unlicensed user without permission from Access Business Communications, Inc. (ABCI)

You are not allowed to sell this program or supporting documentation, in any form, to other software developers or programmers without written permission from ABCI This license supersedes and replaces any and all previous licenses granted on previous versions of this product. All previous copies of this software registered to the same user must be destroyed and cannot be reassigned.

Limited Warranty

ABCI warrants the magnetic diskette on which the program is recorded to be free from defects in materials and faulty workmanship for period of 60 days from the date of purchase. If during this 60 day period the diskette should become defective, it may be returned for a replacement without charge. Your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a defect is expressly limited to replacement of the diskette as provided above.

Any implied warranties relating to the diskette, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to a period of sixty days from date of purchase. In no event will ABCI be liable to you for any lost profits or other damages including but not limited to indirect, special, or consequential damages.

This product is warranted to perform as outlined in this manual and within the limitations of being used in an environment as stated in the System requirements. With the various hardware and software environments into which this program may be put, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered. Access Networking Solutions disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This statement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
