ComSystemsPro™  component 'configuration file' is very important to automating your communication systems proposals.  Accounting systems like QuickBooks, Peachtree, and others do not have data fields that are specific to the communications industry.  The CSP configuration file will allow you to link your inventory file enabling the program to 'auto-fill' the Description, System Ports, Cabinet Slots Provided, Cabinet Slots Required, Type and Comments if you enter (only once) exactly the same 'Item Number' in this TABLE.
