Setting Up Your Company
| • | Select the [File] Menu Option |

| • | Select the BROWSE the COMPANY file option. |

| • | Select the CHANGE button. |

| • | Complete all of the appropriate fields on the GENERAL TAB. |

Company Setup PROGRESS PAYMENTS AND OTHER DEFAULT SETTINGS

| • | Define your default 'Progress Payments' with an appropriate percentage. Progress Payments may be edited by 'Supervisors' in the Proposal Editor. |
| • | Add Tax to Lease Amounts? Select the appropriate default setting. This field may be edited by all users in the Proposal Editor. |
The formulas for tax computation on leases are:
[1] taxable amount x lease factor = monthly taxable amount
[2] monthly taxable amount x tax rate = tax on lease
[3] non taxable amount x lease factor = monthly non-taxable amount
[4] monthly taxable amount + tax on lease + monthly non-taxable amount = monthly lease amount
| • | # of FREE Months for PRE-PAID MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS |
| • | (Future release item) Warranty Cost Factor is used to provide a markup for a warranty or service plan that you purchase. |
| • | (Future release item) Over-ride for Sales Manager will be used to calculate over-ride commissions earned by a manager based upon another's sales commission earned. |

LOGO TAB
| • | Set the path to your company logo. |
You may create your own logo art and use it in ComSystemsPro™ for various forms and reports. However, you must use the following guidelines or otherwise your logo art may not appear satisfactorily:
| • | Your logo must be a Windows ‘BMP’, 'GIF' or JPG file. Use the highest resolution possible. |
| • | After making a backup copy of cologo.BMP simply open it in a Windows compatible editor and place your logo art using the same dimensions as the original cologo.BMP art work. Optionally include your address, telephone numbers, etc. |
| • | Actual dimensions of colog. BMP are 1" X 4" wide. Your logo art must fit into those dimensions to appear correctly. |
| • | COLOGO. BMP must be in the same directory as comsyspro.exe. |
Be sure to Select OK to save the Company Setup information.
