C. FUZZY SEARCH OPTIONS may be helpful if an ITEM cannot be found by using the By Item #, By Description or By Class Tabs. Enter just a few logical characters for a Fuzzy Search, for example to find all items with the word JACKS key in JACK. The Fuzzy Search will change the TABLE showing all items to only those items that contain the word JACK.

D. Configuration File
CSP can store additional information about each ITEM that is more germane to the communications industry. By using a separate file from the ITEMS we are able to maintain the additional information despite the fact that you may be importing your items from another program like Intuit's QuickBooks. For more information refer to the Configuring Components section.

E. Import QB Items
To import QB ITEMS into CSP you must export the ITEMS from QuickBooks as a standard QB '.IIF' file. The IMPORT process will only import ACTIVE QB items.
