Adding / Editing Commission Entries

Commission entries can be added or edited from the PROPOSAL editor, Commission TAB.

Also, Commission entries can be added or edited by opening the Browse Table of BOOKED or SOLD Agreements.

Click on the Commission button to view Commission Entries for the Agreement, which is highlighted.

Click the Insert button to add a record and the Edit button to change an existing record.


The Rep Sys ID, Employee Number and Agreement No are automatically added from the highlighted agreement. Click on the Commission Description button to lookup the appropriate Commission item for the record.
The Commission Item lookup table appears below.

The [ ] Calc As Percent, [ ] Apply Redution, Percent, NS or GP fields are automatically entered from the information in the Commission Item.


The Net Sales Amt, & Discount % are copied from the highlighted Agreement. Also, the Booking and Completion Dates copied from the Agreement.


The Statement Month, Statement Year, Quarter Earned and the Paid Date are used to record commission in defined periods.
